1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by zitben

zitben reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where zitben has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account is being used in breach of these Terms; (b) the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria; (c) suspicious activity or fraud is suspected; or (d) a regulatory obligation requires it.

8.2 Closure by the Player
